Teaching is a natural learning procen from students, colleagues, parents and the entire system. This is a life long process where you discover new strategies, new ideas and new philosophies over time. My educational philosophy will evolve, grow and help us learn new things in today’s dynamic world each of is must adapt ourselves to this life long learning procen. I am passionate about student being empowered to succeed. As principal I use all tools available to inspire students and community to work together to promote student achievement technological aspirants and pay need to holistic development and social well being safe guarding the interests of your child while surfing online is the need of the hour and this demands a detailed and comprehensive plan of action  the parents must compulsorily adhere to such measures to prated their children and not fall prey to scans cyfee.

I am ardent supporte of effective and  innovative professional development that encouragers teachers to be reflective and to continuously examine our practice to provide quality teaching and learning for each student.  I aim to enthuse and challenge staff  and students to also be inventive and imaginative in their leanring and day to day tasks. I believe that having inspirational and personate teachers is essential for a school’s success.  I enjoy celebrating successes and acknowledge hard work of staff, student and community and believe this is one of the best contributes to fundamental happy school environment. They should feel valued and appreciated at school. I recognize the importance of strong community partnerships and actively encourage the involvements of parents and community members in our school. Sun Floral Kids Memorial School aims at providing quality education to its students in an environment conducive to nature.
